Pulsenal is decision-support software, not a broker, investment adviser, exchange or promise of profit. These private-beta terms should receive professional legal review before a broad public launch.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing Pulsenal, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and comply with the laws that apply to you.
2. Research only; no financial advice
Scores, reports, alerts, price targets, sell-pressure readings and learning summaries are automated research outputs. They are not personalized financial advice, an offer, a solicitation or a guarantee. You are solely responsible for checking prices, liquidity, news, filings, fees, taxes and risk before acting.
3. No automatic orders
The current Pulsenal product does not place automatic trades. A score, alert or sell-timing suggestion does not execute an order. You remain responsible for every broker instruction and for confirming whether it completed.
4. Market and data risk
- Market prices can move rapidly, gap, halt or become unavailable.
- Premarket and after-hours trading may have limited liquidity and wider spreads.
- Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted or temporarily wrong.
- Historical simulations and shadow results do not predict future performance.
- A verified intraday opportunity is not the same as realized user profit.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep access credentials confidential. Do not bypass access controls, overload the service, scrape it in violation of provider terms, attempt to extract credentials, interfere with other users or use Pulsenal for unlawful activity.
6. Availability and changes
Pulsenal may add, remove, pause or change features during private testing. Reports and notifications may be delayed or unavailable. Access may be suspended when needed for security, provider limits, maintenance or legal compliance.
7. Intellectual property
Pulsenal’s software, interface, brand and original content remain the property of their respective owner. Third-party company names, symbols, market data and news remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulsenal is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness or profitability. Pulsenal is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, provider outages or decisions made from the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable law may give you additional rights.
