Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
Pulsenal is currently operated as a private/tester research product. This policy describes the current product direction and should receive professional legal review before a broad public launch.
1. Information Pulsenal may process
Depending on the features you use, Pulsenal may process Google account identifiers, email address and profile name for sign-in; secure session information; saved watch positions; transaction entries you choose to record; alert preferences and push-notification endpoints; app diagnostics; and market-research requests. Pulsenal does not receive your Google password. Market prices, company information and news may be received from third-party data providers.
2. How information is used
- Provide the dashboard, reports, alerts, saved positions and transaction-history features.
- Follow signal outcomes and improve research quality using separated, auditable evidence.
- Protect the service, diagnose failures and prevent unauthorized access.
- Communicate about access, safety or material service changes.
3. Research and learning data
Model-validation episodes and market-replay results are research evidence, not a record of your personal realized profit. Personal transaction history remains separate. Pulsenal does not use a later market path to silently rewrite an earlier signal or sell decision.
4. Sharing
Pulsenal does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as needed with infrastructure, notification, security or market-data providers that help operate the service, or when required by law. Public marketing pages do not publish private holdings, API credentials or transaction records.
5. Retention and control
Information is retained only as long as needed for the product, safety, recovery and research purposes described above. Signed-in users can export their Journal or initiate account deletion inside Pulsenal. A public deletion path is also available at pulsenal.com/delete-account. Deletion removes the account, active sessions and its personal Journal records; encrypted backups and legally required security records may take additional time to expire. You may also request access, correction or deletion by emailing admin@pulsenal.com.
6. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including encrypted account backups and server-derived account identifiers, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your access credentials private and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Third-party services and international processing
Market-data, hosting and notification services may process information in other countries under their own terms. Their availability and data quality are outside Pulsenal’s complete control.
8. Children
Pulsenal is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country. Do not use the service if you cannot legally agree to these terms.
9. Changes and contact
This policy may change as Pulsenal moves from private testing toward release. Material changes will be dated on this page. Questions can be sent to admin@pulsenal.com.
